Self Priming

This pump, 1" BSP (female) ported, will draw up fluid without priming so is ideal for situation above IBCs etc.  Max pressure 25 psi, 55 litres per minute. Power is 370 watts, 230 V a.c.  Price £125.00 inc p+p to UK mainland address.                                                                       

Non Priming

ADDITIVES

BIOCIDE

The product is a highly concentrated mixtures of carefully formulated additives and solvents designed to easily mix with all hydrocarbon liquid fuels, especially suited for Bio Diesel and straight veg oil.

Fuel optimisation At today’s higher fuel prices it is essential customers obtain greater value for money by optimising fuel performance in the most cost effective way. Each litre of fuel burned needs to be in pristine condition to enhance engine performance and reduce mechanical wear. Engines convert fuel or ‘chemical energy’ into mechanical energy, heat and emissions. The condition of the fuel plays an important role in the efficiency of the energy conversion process. Optimal fuel quality will enhance combustion, extend maintenance intervals and the useful life of filters and injectors, and help to keep tanks clean.

This product restores ‘stale’ fuels to peak combustibility ensuring continuous clean burning and optimising fuel efficiency. It will also reduce carbon deposits and prolongs component life. It will extend the life of stored fuel. It is especially useful for its water dispersant component, will allow the fuel/water mix to be efficiently burnt. If you suspect that you have any amount of carried over water in your processed fuel or even straight vegetable oil, the additive will allow the water to become emulsified which allows it to be safely burned without damage to injectors. Stored fuels naturally deteriorate: Fuels, being organic, are susceptible to natural deterioration. Oxidation, water, and microbes all contribute to reducing fuel quality and forming tank sludge. The use of this additive prevents stored ‘stale’ fuel having to be replaced – a major cost saving at today’s prices. <

Dosage: 1 litre of product to 4000 litres of fuel (minimum) equates to 1 penny per litre.

CETANE IMPROVER

For thse of you who run on waste veg oil (or new oil), it is common practice to mix with 10% petrol.  This reduces the cetane value of the resultant fuel, with a consequent reduction in power and smoothness.  Our additive, when mixed with the ratio 1:2000, will increase the rating by 3 and should therefore bring power back to that of using normal diesel.  Can also be used with biodiesel.  Sold by the 1 litre bottle, the cost is £14.00 plus £4.95 p+p, or a smaller bottle that treats 200 litres for £5.00 inc p+p.

I run my 1997 Citreon Xantia on this brew all the time with no roblems at all, but check elsewhere before doing it with yours!
